At Nurecover, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
